During the consultation we will look at your health goals, challenges and aspirations. Heart Rate Variability Coaching Session
During an HRV session we will analyze and measure the time intervals between consecutive heart beats. This will provide valuable insights into your autonomic nervous system and its balance between the sympathetic (Fight or Flight) and the parasympathetic (rest and digest) branches. While collecting the data, we will guide you through breathing and meditation techniques that will help bring peace and calm which will assist with balancing your nervous system and positively influence your Heart Rate Variability.
Nutrition Coaching Session
During our sessions, we will focus on dietary goals, habits, and overall health and wellbeing. We will perform an assessment, set goals, provide nutritional education, meal planning, address challenges, monitor progress and celebrate successes.
Neurofeedback Coaching Session
During a Neurofeedback Session, we will use a specialized form of biofeedback that focuses on training and optimizing brainwave patterns to promote improved cognitive function, emotional regulation and overall mental wellbeing. The goal is to help you to learn how to self-regulate your brainwave activity. When your brain produces desired patterns, you will receive positive feedback, reinforcing those patterns.
