Tarjoan tukea erilaisten menetelmien avulla, kuten neurofeedbackin (neuropalautteen). Neuropalautteessa aivot saavat palautetta omasta sähköisestä toiminnastaan. Aivot ikään kuin ”katselevat peilistä” itseään. Tämän palautteen avulla aivot pystyvät tasapainottamaan ja tehostamaan toimintaansa mikä auttaa parantamaan itsesäätelyä ja vähentämään stressiä. Tämä edistää keskittymiskykyä ja rentoutumista. Kokonaisvaltainen hyvinvointi ja suorituskyky paranee. Keskityn myös tukemaan sinua terveyttä edistävien ajatusmallien ja mielen työkalujen avulla.
